Maharashtra Government Declared Lockdown Amid COVID-19 Crisis in Nagpur

The COVID situation in Maharashtra continues to be miserable. It became very dangerous for the people who live in Maharashtra. It’s a worrying situation and rises the number of coronavirus cases, the government of Maharashtra has announced a complete lockdown for Nagpur from 15th March 2021 to 21st of March 2021.
As per the source, industries and essential services have been exempt from the lockdown. This is coming after the partial lockdown was announced in Aurangabad earlier.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra Chief Minister Mr. Uddhav Thackeray was administered the vaccine jab at J.J. hospital. Maharashtra has reported a staggering 14,659 new COVID cases. The death toll in the states rose to 52,610 with 54 new fatalities.
The last time Maharashtra has a daily tally when beyond 11,000 was in mid-October, Mumbai recorded 1539 cases, Pune recorded 1384 cases, Amravati recorded 294 cases and now Nashik recorded 750 cases on March 10, 2021.
