Cowin Site Crashes As Registrations For 18+ Age Group Covid-19 Vaccination Begins
Mumbai April 29, 2021 – Registration for 18+ started today but the COWIN website has crashed. When people were overloading it for appointments. Just after the big announcement made by the Indian government, we got to know from our sources that the COWIN portal app is not being functional as it is not able to take a load of registration as of now.
Hence it is inaccessible right now. And well, this was the government expected. Because, as we know several people are waiting for the day to register themselves, or those who are in the age of 18 to 44 years. And this is what has happened that due to an overload of registration, the COWIN portal app is unable to access right now.
We have received certain official messages stating that it’s being worked upon when it comes to the COWIN portal app and soon to be very planned and the strategic layout will be kept in center for Indian. So that they don’t get any kind of trouble when they are registering themselves online.
And it is made very clear by the government that people should not draw around at vaccination centers and huge crowds won’t be entertained without someone coming without online registration and walking in a won’t be allowed in this phase of inoculation. I guess the government doesn’t have many criteria, but to safeguard themselves online and make this functional online ASAP.
