Gleycy Correia (born in 1994, age: 27 years) was a former Miss Brazil CNB 2018 aka Miss United Continents Brazil 2018 semi-finalist from Brazil. She was a businesswoman and a makeup expert. But the inspiring model and a businesswoman died on June 20, 2022, and left the world at a very young age.

Gleycy Correia was a model and beauty title pageant winner from Brazil. She passed away at the very young age of 27 only. The main cause of her death was declared a serious complication due to routine tonsil surgery. As she died on 20th June 2022, she was in the hospital.
Gleycy was in a coma for the last two months after she faced a cardiac arrest. She didn’t have any brain activity in her comatose state for the last two months. She suffered a heart attack and heavy bleeding after she had her tonsillectomy operation, which involves the surgical removal of the tonsils.
One famous public figure and Priest, Jak Abrey revealed to the media that Gleycy died due to the fault of a hospital. The hospital in which she has her tonsil treatment was done is indulged in malpractice which lead Gleycy to death.
These allegations made by Jak Abrey are the main reason that Gleycy’s body has been sent to the Forensic Medicine Institute of Macae for autopsy.
Family priest Lidiane Alves Oliviera said: ‘She had surgery to remove her tonsils and after five days at home, she had a hemorrhage.
‘She went to Unimed and had a cardiac arrest on 4th April and since then she was in a coma, with no neurological activity. Today she passed away.’
