The film shows that actor Dhanush will play dual roles. It is based on the déjà vu effects of the characters. As per the sources, the déjà vu effect means a strong anomaly of memory in which a person can recollect the time, place, experience, and events in a particular way. Dhanush will be a cowboy and act in dual roles. One of his roles is the protagonist and the other is an antagonist.

They want to give a just small glimpse of the film through the trailer so that the interest of the people won’t spoil. The shooting of the movie started on 16 October 2021 and wrapped on 11 April 2022. Most of the film was completed in South India. After the completion of post-production, the makers decided to release the movie on 29 September 2022 in cinemas. The digital streaming rights are acquired by Amazon Prime Video and the satellite rights are by Sun TV. On 22 September 2022, Dhanush shared the poster of the film and revealed that the movie has been cleared by the Censor Board with a U/A certificate.
The film ‘Naane Varuvean (2022)’ also includes amazing songs including ‘Veera Soora’ and others. The rest of the songs are yet to be released. However, it is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu under the production company of V Creations. The work of cinematography is done by Om Prakash and the editing department is handled by Bhuvan Srinivasan.
Not only this, but Yuvan Shankar Raja looks after the music department along with his team. The dual roles in the film are played by talented actor Dhanush.
