Xiang Xueqiu (born b/w 1956 – 1961) is a famous personality native of South Korea and Belgium. She is the wife of Peter Lescouhier who is an ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Belgium. According to the reports he has been called to Seoul because of his wife Xiang.

The incident came into the limelight through CCTV footage, in which she got into a physical altercation with a municipal cleaner in the Hannam neighborhood of Seoul. According to the reports, she yelled at the sweeper plus attacked him twice on the cheek just because accidentally his cleaning brushed touched Xiang. The cleaner was cleaning the park for his morning routine.
Apart from this, on April 19, 2021, she against involved in an incident and got accused of a physical altercation. That incident took place in a shop, where she slapped the shopkeeper and a saleswoman for Mistaking her as a thief. The CCTV footage of this incident went viral and netizens came forward in protest. Netizens also demanded the blacklisting of Ambassador Peter Lescouhier and his wife.
To rescue herself, Xiang also used diplomatic immunity in front of the police officers. He also issued an apology on behalf of his wife. The investigation on Peter and his wife Xueqiu is still going on.
